In 2005, Kuester Real Estate Services was commissioned to develop Farrington by Primo Real Estate Group of Weddington, NC. Farrington, a 42 lot, gated community just south of Ballantyne and Carolina Place Mall is at the northern-most tip of the Lancaster County “Panhandle”. The undisturbed surroundings and natural, wooded terrain of this property provide an excellent setting for this one of a kind community.

Following a development moratorium in Lancaster County, SC, Kuester Real Estate Services is currently in the process of entitling and scheduling the construction process for Farrington. Kuester RES and Primo REG are committed to providing a top of the line product to local builders in Farrington. Improved profile streets will be constructed with curb & gutter and sidewalks on one, if not both sides for pedestrian traffic.

The front entrance of Farrington will allude to the overall quality of the subdivision and homes within. The old-world styled rock wall and gate-house on either side of the boulevard entrance will be crafted of a natural field-stone, cut to veneer and accented in limestone with standing-seam copper for column caps and guard-house roof.

Home style and siting are an integral part of a successful subdivision. At Farrington, painstakingly prepared restrictions for lots in order to preserve both property value and enjoyment for years to come. The residential planning guide, authored by Charette Architects of Charlotte, NC is a verbalization of the vision we have for Farrington; modern luxury meets old-world European charm in an eclectic blend of exterior elements and stylings.

We are excited about this project coming to fruition in early spring of 2007. Please contact Aaron Ligon for more information.
