One Sixty West
Faison Kuester, President of The Kuester Companies, anticipates construction will begin in April, 2009 on the 11,250 square foot, one story building, with the structure to be ready for occupancy in November 2009. One Sixty West, will house The Kuester Companies in about 6,000 square feet. The balance of the space will be leased to medical and commercial users in the Fort Mill area. The building is being constructed on S.C Highway 160 near Dam Road on 1.6 acres.
