Increased Communication  

 

We are excited to announce that the Kuester Companies will be moving to a statement process for 2010. Similar to any regular reoccurring utility bill or other invoice the statement be mailed to the owner home 15 days prior to the due date.  Through the statement process owners will have the option to sign up for E-statements where their statement can be emailed rather than mailed to them. In addition to the regular billing information about each owners account every community will also have the option to print correspondence on the back of each statement at no additional cost. Therefore, if your community is billed monthly,a community could send out 12 letters to the residents at no additional charge. We believe this will allow communities be a better method to notice residents and increase communication as opposed to using coupon books which become lost during the year and must be reprinted.
