2009 will be a critical year for North Carolina CAI, since manager licensing is expected to take effect. We hope that this new requirement will increase the service and professionalism of the industry. Managers that hold a CMCA or Certified Manager of Community Associations will be "grandfathered" into the license. All of Kuester's managers hold at least the minimum requirement of CMCA.
