Kuester Real Estate Services welcomes Mr. Mark Quincy to the leasing and brokerage team. Mr. Quincy has an extensive background in Commercial Leasing and Brokerage. His expertise has been in medical and general office leasing as well as third party and tenant representation in both office and retail developments. Most recently, Mr. Quincy was the Manager of Leasing for Atapco Properties where he oversaw all leasing for the company in the Charlotte region.

Mr. Quincy received his BA in Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1997. He has been a Multi-Million Dollar producer each year since starting his real estate career. In 2004, Mr. Quincy was a Top 20 transaction volume producer in the Charlotte Region. He is currently a CCIM Candidate, a graduate of the Commercial Certificate Program, Serves on the CRCBR’s Membership Committee and has completed the CRCBR’s Leadership Class.

A native of Charlotte, Mr. Quincy is the son of the late Bob Quincy and Kathleen Quincy. Mark Quincy has the same drive and determination as his father. The late Mr. Quincy served in World War II in the U.S. Air Force before returning to North Carolina where he assumed the role of Sports Information Director at UNC-Chapel Hill and later Sports Columnist and Sports Editor at The Charlotte Observer. Bob Quincy is a member of several sports halls of fames nationally.
