Rita Barrett joined our staff in September 2006.  She will be a community manager for our community management department.  Rita has worked in the HOA industry for over 3 years.  She is currently working on acquiring her CMCA credentials.  Her specialty is working with homeowner boards and interpreting legal documents.  A positive outlook and professional insight makes her a viable force in the HOA industry.
