Greg Mayol, AMS, PCAM has joined Kuester Real Estate Services Inc., as the “Director of Property (Association) Management – Coastal Region”. Mr. Mayol brings, to the company and his client communities, 26 years of property and association management experience. He is a Professional Community Association Manager [PCAM] and is a past Board member on the NC-CAI (Community Association Institute) Board of Directors.
Mr. Mayol resides in Wilmington, NC, with his wife of 17 years, Pamela Merritt, and their two daughters Sierra and Victoria. Kuester Real Estate Services Inc., a full service real estate company specializing in professional management services for condominium, town home and single-family community associations in North and South Carolina, has opened an office in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and services clients in the costal regions of North and South Carolina.
