New employees and new additions!

The Fort Mill-based agency, which added its first satellite office two years ago in Myrtle Beach, S.C., is preparing to open in Boone. And it plans to expand with an office in Raleigh early next year.

First National Bank of Arizona, First National Bank of Nevada, and Community Association Bank (CAB) were bought by Mutual of Omaha Bank. The company is well-capitalized and financially strong.

KDC and KRES work in tandem to acquire, develop, lease, manage and sell assets and others for third party owners throughout the Carolinas.

Tracking phone calls have long since been a difficult thing for any company to achieve. Kuester Management Group recently installed additional phone equipment and software that will allow us to record and track every phone call received into our offices. Each phone call becomes saved onto our server for future reference.

The Kuester Companies, who specialize in property maintenance, North & South Carolina property management & Carolina HOA management, has hired Brix Birckner to help out our maintenance team.  We are proud to welcome Brix aboard.

Kuester Management Group hired a new Assistant Property Manager-Violations, named Nancy Bell.  Our company realizes the importance of maintaining and increasing the property values for our residents.  We have hired Nancy to be an additional set of eyes for our community managers.  At the communities discretion, we will send Nancy out to inspect the properties once a week.

Kuester Management Group takes over the management of the townhome community called The Townes at River Crossing in Fort Mill, SC. Kuester Management Group is a division of The Kuester Companies and is a leader in North and South Carolina Homeowners Association Management.

Kuester Real Estate Services was commissioned by Fort Mill entrepreneur Phil Nase to develop, lease and manage the 11,000 sf retail center as a home for the Phil Nase State Farm Insurance Agency.  Phil is very active in the community and is proud to be a leader in the redevelopment and revitalization of East Fort Mill, an area which is rapidly improving.

1st Row is a 1.5 acre project sited in Uptown Charlotte inside the I-277 loop at First and Elliot Streets. Center City Charlotte is divided into four wards, with 1st Row as part of the new 3rd Ward Warehouse District. This area includes Bank of America Stadium, home of the NFL Carolina Panthers,and Gateway Village, which is the new home to Johnson and Wales University (JWU).

Boardwalk on the Waterway

The Kuester Management Group's Coastal Region office began managing the HOA for Boardwalk on the Waterway in November of 2006.  A new Charleston style gated community within walking distance of the new 140 acre, 400 million dollar Hard Rock Theme Park opening in May ’08.
