House Bill 806 - Increased Association Responsibility
The laws governing collections by Associations will become more complicated and labor intensive on and after October 1, 2009. Associations will be required to take additional steps before and during the collection process in order to file claims of lien properly
and to collect on them through the foreclosure process. As a result, Associations should review and update their collection policies and procedures, including routine updating of owner information, to ensure that they can navigate effectively through the new statutory framework.

Moving announcement!
As many of you may know, the Kuester Companies, including Kuester Management, are building a new corporate office on Hwy 160, just down the road from our current location. The need for the move is based largely on the fact we have outgrown our current location. However, due to delays, this office will not be ready until the end of 2009.  Therefore, the Kuester Companies will be moving to a temporary location until our new offices are complete.  Starting April 27th we will be located at 1300 Altura Road on the second floor of the InterNET building.
