At the prompt, leave 1) your name, 2) the name of your association, 3) the street address, 4) your telephone number, and 5) the nature of the emergency. The after-hours on-call manager responds to all maintenance emergencies.Your association defines an emergency as things that damage or threaten the community, such as:

For unfortunate and incovenient situations, contact your association manager or assistant manager during regular business hours.
