Kuester Companies is “going green!” If you currently receive an assessment statement by U.S. mail, you can
sign up to receive your statement by email instead! Go green by registering for e-bill statements today. 
* You will need to enter your registration ID found on your billing statement.

 


Update E-bill Account Profile
To ensure optimum privacy, you are responsible to keep your contact information current. Kuester staff will be unable to make changes to your e-statement account for you. To change the email address, password, or mailing preference (emailed or printed and mailed statement) on your account, select the link below. You will need to enter your account number and password to login.

 




Cancel E-bill Statements
If you wish to cancel your E-Statements and return to receiving printed statements by U.S mail, select the link below and simply uncheck the box that indicates, “Yes, I would like to receive my statements/newsletters via email” and click on “Save Mailing Preference.” If you wish to activate your E-Statements in the future, you may login to your account settings using the account link above and change your mailing preference there.


 



E-bill Statements FAQ’s
Q: How soon after I register will the e-statements begin?
A: It may take one billing cycle for your statement to be sent by email; therefore, you may receive one more statement by U.S. mail before e-statements go into effect.

Q: Can I get another copy of my statement if I accidentally delete my email?

A: Yes, you can contact the accounting department at your local Kuester office, and another copy of your statement can be emailed to you.

Q: Who should I contact if I don’t receive my e-statement?
A: Please send an email to support@kuester.com

Q: What day of the month should I expect to receive my e-statement?
A: You should expect to receive your e-statement on or after the 25th of the month.

Q: If I stop e-statements, how long will it take before I start receiving my statement by U.S mail again?
A: It may take one billing cycle for your statement to be sent by U.S mail; therefore, you may receive one more statement by e-mail before you start receiving them by U.S. mail again.

Q: Do e-statements save money?
A: Kuester hopes to be able to pass along savings to associations. Our initial focus in providing e-statements is to raise our level of service to homeowners and to be environmentally friendly.

Q: If I receive a newsletter on the back of my paper statement, how will I get it with my e-statement?
A: Your newsletter will appear as part of e-statement document that you receive by email.

Q: What can I do if I can’t view the e-statement document on my computer?
A: E-statements are provided in PDF format. Viewing them requires Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is a free downloadable software program available by clicking here: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

Q: If I own more than one unit in an association, can I register just once for e-statements and receive all of my statements by email?
A: No, each unit has a unique account number in our database, and you will need to register separately to receive e-statements for each account.
