Bryan Kuester, CMCA, AMS
Vice PresidentBryan Kuester joined the Kuester Companies in late 2000. Since joining the Kuester Companies, Bryan’s concentration has been to oversee the property management division of Kuester, where he has become the point-of-contact for any management questions and/or consultation.

VP of Association ManagementBen Rhodes brings with him several years of industry experience. Roxanne Fawcett
Accounting ControllerBorn and raised in Chicago, IL Roxanne moved to Charlotte, NC in 1995. Joining the Kuester team in 2007 she brings with her 17 years of accounting experience with 9 years inclusive of development, insurance, real estate and property management accounting. She also has 12 years in restaurant management including 8 years as a GM writing forecasts and managing budgets with staffing up to 200 employees. Currently working toward her CPA she sits as the Controller of The Kuester Companies. She oversees each accounting division and also serves Kuester Company’s human resource needs.

Terry Silver
Senior Association AccountantTerry is a graduate of the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN, where he obtained a bachelor of arts in Accounting in 1998. His career has since spanned industries including public accounting, retail, health care and most recently 5 years in real estate. He specializes in financial statement analysis, budgets and year-end procedures. He is passionate about delivering clear and concise reports to our clients.

Tameka Huger, CMCA
Director of OperationsTameka joined the Kuester Companies in 2007 as an assistant community manager and was soon promoted to Director of Operations. She has been in the association management field for over 5 years. Tameka graduated in 2002 with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Computer Information Systems from Charleston Southern University. She received her NC broker license in 2006 and received her certified manager of community associations designation in 2009. She oversees the day to day operations at Kuester and supervises the support staff.

Nickki Couick, CMCA, AMS
Client Relations ManagerNickki Couick is a Portfolio Community Manager that joined the Kuester Companies in 2005. Since joining Kuester, Nickki has earned both the CMCA and AMS designations. In 2006 she became a member of both the North Carolina and South Carolina Chapters of The Community Association Institute (CAI). She served on the CAI-NC Recognition Committee in 2009 and was appointed Co-Chairman for 2010. Nickki also served a Lead on the CAI-NC 2010 Fall Conference Steering Committee. Her background is in Customer Service.

Julie Alber
Association ManagerJulie Alber serves in Wilmington, North Carolina office. Julie came from the Myrtle Beach, South Carolina office where she worked as a property manager, before that she was an assistant property manager for several communities in both South Carolina and North Carolina. She brings with her several years of property management experience with homeowners associations.

Association ManagerRita Barrett has served as a Community Manager for Kuester Management for the past 4 years. She is a seasoned manager with over 7 years experience in the industry. She has earned both her CMCA and AMS designations. Rita hails from the great state of Indiana where she attended Indiana University at Bloomington as a criminal justice major. She has two children, Martell-20 and Jordan-12.

Association ManagerDavid Cline joined Kuester Companies in July 2010. He has worked in customer service for twelve years in his home town of Wilmington, NC. Stephen Kowalczyk, CMCA, AMS
Association ManagerStephen Kowalczyk joined the Kuester Companies in January 2007. Stephen has managed a diverse portfolio of SC & NC associations including multi-unit condominium and townhome projects as well as large single family communities with full amenity facilities. He has a BA in economics, earned his CMCA in 2009 and has been active in CAI events, sponsoring the winning “Outstanding Board Member” in 2010.

Jarrett Tran, CMCA, AMS
Onsite Manager Fifth and PoplarJarrett started his property management career with Camden Properties, managing luxury apartment complexes. He is currently the Property Manager of a 331,000 square foot, $80 Million luxury mid-rise residential and mixed-use condominium development in uptown Charlotte. Jarrett has a strong background in facility operations and maintenance, property-level financial management, homeowner association governance and luxury multifamily property management.

Julie Bonham
Project AccountantJulie Bonham joined Kuester Companies, in June of 1994. Since she has been with Kuester Companies she has handled various accounting job responsibilities within the corporation. Julie has over nineteen years of accounting experience. In the past 16 years she has been involved in the corporate accounting, multi-family, commercial real estate accounting, as well as, property management. She currently handles the transition of new HOA contracts and various special projects.

Alicia Velasquez
Association ManagerAlicia joined Kuester Companies in the November of 2010 Jorel Management acquisition. Alicia brings with her a total of 6 years of experience in the property management industry. Prior to property management, she honed her skills in the residential building industry giving her a keen sense in dealing with vendors and servicing properties. With the 6 years of experience in property management she has been a pivotal player in not only servicing each and every one of her properties needs but in maintaining a good relationship with its board members and residents. She feels good communication is the foundation of those relationships because this allows her to identify, focus in on and address each properties needs.

Nancy McFadyen, CMCA, AMS
Assistant Manager/ Client ServicesNancy McFadyen is from the small town of Clinton in eastern North Carolina. She moved to the Charlotte area in 1990 and began her career in the community association management industry. In May of 2009, Nancy became a member of the Kuester Management team. Nancy has earned her CMCA® and AMS® certifications, and is active in the state’s chapter of Community Associations Institute. She served on the Steering Committee in 2010 for the CAI-NC Annual Fall Conference, and was also part of the On-Site and Resource Guide sub-committees.

Deidra Pinson
Assistant Manager/ Client ServicesDiedra Pinson is a native of the Lake Wylie area. Christina Blue
Community ManagerChristina joined the Kuester Companies in 2007. She is an Onsite Manager for a gated townhome & condominium community that is soon to be a capacity of 856 units in the South Park location. Christina has been in the real estate industry for over six years with previous work history with HUD in managing and marketing foreclosure homes for North and South Carolina. She has an Associates Degree in business and is continuing her education in Commercial Law.

Tresa Hudson
Assistant Manager/ Client ServicesTresa was born and raised in Minnesota and headed out West at 19. She has worked in customer service in Wyoming, Arizona and California. Five years ago, she joined Kuester Management Group as an Assistant Community Manager and works with Nickki Couick. In her spare time you will find her boating on Lake Wylie with Doug, her husband of 22 years. They have two sons, Jesse who was recently married and Derek who is attending college. She is looking forward to being a Great Aunt with the arrival of four babies in the coming months.

Felicia Boles
Legal Coordinator/ CollectionsOriginally from Winchester, VA moved to North Carolina in 1997 and have lived in Indian Trail, NC since 1999. Prior to working in community management was in retail management for 10 years. Started working in community management in 2005. Began working for Kuester Companies in 2007 as an assistant manager and promoted to Legal Coordinator in 2008. I love spending time with my family and have been married for 18 years and have two sons Jordan and Tre’.

Laurie Cordes
Legal Coordinator/ CollectionsYet another New York transplant having moved to Huntersville in late 2006. Laurie started in her present position as Accounts Receivable/Collections Specialist in May 2007. Prior to that she spent 21 years working for a manufacturing company in the aviation industry. Having started her tenure as the Inventory Coordinator and ended as the Systems Administrator. During that time she handled a segment of procurement for production, provided employee software support, customer support as well as back up support for processing payroll, invoicing, customer orders and was part of the help desk team for the computer system.

Nancy Wong
Assistant Manager/ Client ServicesNancy Wong has been with Kuester Management since 2008. She is a valued member of the support staff that assists the Association Management team and is often the first voice that a homeowner hears. Nancy, who is fluent in Filipino and English, comes to Kuester with more than 10 years of customer service experience that has enabled her to consistently portray the company's core values of integrity, respect, professionalism, and communication. The mother of 3 is originally from the Philippines and has lived in the United States for more than 20 years. She attended Central Piedmont Community College and comes to us after having worked as a Customer Service Representative in Money Management Department for Bank of America Investments. In her spare time, Nancy enjoys spending time with her children and reading.
